BURSA
The first capital of the Ottoman dynasty has been famous for centuries for the
therapeutic qualities of its natural hot springs.One of the earliest recorded
visitors who came to Bursa to take the waters was Byzantine Empress Theodora.
Therefore , it is the right place to find many Seljukian and early Ottoman remains
bringing history to present time.Oftenly called as the Green Bursa , the city
has huge trees as old as 500 or more years proudly standings as the first winter
holiday and sport center of Turkıye.Acces to the hotel situated at 2000 meters
is possible by cable car or by road.Uludağ is a National Park which is under protection
and transportation to it is possible in every season.
The Çekirge hot springs flow at the rate of five liters per second.Composed of
calcium, magnesium sulfate and bicarbonate.These hot springs are good for rheumatic
diseases, hepatic and gall bladder diseases, metabolic disorders, gynecological
dseases and post-operative problems.
