RATES :
The rates in tariff are net-non commisionable and
inclueds taxes applicabla at the time of printing.
Special Offers occasionally published by the hotels,cannot
be included in this Tariff
Rates in this Tariff are subject to change without any
prior notice.
During Fairs ,Congreses,Incentives and special Events
rates presented in this Tariff may not be valid.in such
cases rates will be given upon requests.
BOOKING :
All reservation in order to be accepted and booked,must
be in writing either by fax or Email.
We don’t accept any booking or reservation requested
on : MSN Massenger.
The Writing Order of the Booking must inform us about
:
Hotel Name,Number of rooms ,Transfers if needed with
flight details,Tours if requested.
Confirmation will be by e-mail or fax after resevation
as soon as in a short time,unless there is no comlicated
situation.If you dont receive confirmaton for the changes,you
must re-send your message
Agents kindly requested to provide clients or Group
leader with a dublicated voucher,describing the exact
number of persons involved and services to be provided.
CANCELLATION :
Depending on the circumstance,hotels do charges,on
the other hand cancellations are not charged by us .
For :Istanbul,Bursa,Ylova and Abant Hotels booking ,cancellation
must be sent before minimum :48 hours of arrival.other
wise will be charged a No Show for one night.
Other locatitions and cities , Cancellation will be
before Release period which was informed in our Tariff
Tables , or charge will be No Show for all the booking’s
nights.
- Cancellation, No show and amendment fees will be according
to the hotel condition and on case by case basis.
LIABILTY :
BEDIR TOUR works as an agent,can not operate any
public transportation vehicle,any hotel or other supplier
services,therefor we dont have any responsibility for
injury,damage of lost people,goods,accident and other
issues.
PAYMENTS :
Full payment of all services to be rendered ,is required
upon final reconfirmation of reservation .Wire transfers
