DRIVING
LICENSE AND AGE
Valid national or international driver's license
held at least two years and minimum 23 years of
age for groups (A-E), 25 years of age for groups
(F,G,H,I,K,KA,N,M) and minimum three years of driver's
license and 28 years of age for groups (L,LA) are
required.
RENTAL
PERIOD
Minimum rental is 24 hours. Any rental period less
than 24 hours also requires 24 hours
rate.
INSURANCE
Collision damage waiver is void if driver is under
the influence of alcohol, drugs, had passed the
legal speed limits, the traffic report is not obtained
from the police, damaged car and traffic report
not returned to the nearest Proper office in 48
hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages
due to the misuse of the car and damages caused
by gross negligence.
If the car/cars are stolen, the customer is responsible
for paying rental fee up to the date the car/cars
founded. This limit is only 30 days. If the car/cars
are not founded at the end of this limit, the client
does not pay any rental fee for further days when
CDW is bought and police is informed at the time
of the theft.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Avalaible.
ADDITIONAL
DRIVER
Additional drivers must register at the start of
rental, otherwise insurance becomes void.
TRAFFIC FINES
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations
incurred during the rental period must be payed
by renter.

the type of the car reserved to a similar car or
higher group, under
circumstances
beyond control. The rates, general information terms
& conditions subject to change without prior
